Pittsburgh, PA – January 2013 – HDS held its First Annual Sales Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 15th, 2013. Vice President of Sales, Mark Algeri, handed out several awards to the HDS sales force as well as an employee-voted Supplier of the Year Award.

This year, that award went to Alpha Shirt Company for their dedicated service & outstanding products they provided HDS over the past year.

 

Throughout 2012, HDS awarded monthly Legacy Awards to the salesperson who demonstrated the following 5 Pillars of Excellence: Attitude, Effort, Passion, Trust and Excellence. The following sales people were able to achieve these pillars and thus for their efforts were awarded with a Legacy Award in 2012:

  • Sal Genilla – February
  • Mark Rubican – March
  • Kelly Chiccitt – April
  • Mark Rubican – August
  • Howard Schwartz – October

 

HDS was also pleased to present Floyd McKain & Lisa Barnes with awards for the highest sales growth in 2012.

 

To honor some of the best reps in the company, HDS presented the prestigious Pillar Award of Excellence to the 3 most dedicated and successful reps of 2012: Mark Rubican, Kelly Chiccitt and Lisa Barnes.

 

The awards ceremony was concluded with the presentation of their Marketing Rep of the Year to Tara Smith and the top sales honor presented to Mark Rubican when he earned the Legacy Sales Rep of the Year Award.
